linzblog: exhibition space

Illustration and Interactive Private view yesterday. I enjoyed it soo much. It's great to see the work from friends up on a wall in an exhibition, I'm so happy for them!!! It looked very good. But what I enjoyed most, was to see everybody again. But after next week it will be all over. No uni anymore. Just think of all the people I'll probably never see again.

So. Yesterday. Michaela picked me up and after Trond came, we went to the exhibition, which was just around the corner. The exhibition was in an old empty building. And the bar was at the top floor ;) So we went straight up to get a beer and then made our way downwards and looked at all the work. It is almost clichéd how we - the info crowd - got drawn towards posters of clean lines and perfect circles.
After the second fire alarm, they closed the exhibition and while everybody went down to the pub, Michaela and I sneaked into the flat, where Maija had a girl's party/dinner. After a short hello and an even shorter small talk, we went into the kitchen and feasted on the left overs; Couscous with houmous and a tripple chocolate cake that would have easily been a quadruple one if that word didn't sound so shit.

Later we joined the rest of the illustration group and after they kicked us out of the pub, we went to Cubana. Standing outside felt like being on a holiday and I would have enjoyed it for much longer, if my kidneys hadn't asked for a lift home. Next time I'll bring my kidney warmer, how sexy would that be.
