take a deap breath - imagine the breath entering your body through your nose into your stomach (stomach??) allow the outward breath to melt out of you, and the inward breath to widen your stomach - feel your body melting into the floor - beginning with your face and jaw (einglofns gsicht??) - take a piece of stillness with you and your sparkling eyes...
you can see I make some breaks at the library, but this podcast is there to be shared with you my dear, stressed friends. too good.. will melt into the library floor now!
